My name is AJ Grady, and I am here for good medicine. As an EMTParamedic and then as a Registered Nurse, I have taken care of thousands of patients. From each of them, I have learned about resiliency, pain, healing, and courage. Now, as a Licensed Massage Therapist, I bring what I have learned from decades in the medical field, and also, what I have learned from my own personal therapeutic journey. I spent years finding ways to heal my body after a series of seven serious car accidents and multiple injuries. I understand deeply that health and well-being are not only determined by things within our control, but also by things completely outside our control. Sometimes seven things in a row. :) Even then, after recurring injury— when provided with the support it needs, the human body/human spirit will lean into healing.
